Refund policy
At Wardrobe2Wardrobe we want you to love your purchase, however we appreciate that sometimes this isn’t always the case and we want to help make it right.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be returned within 7 days of the refund request approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All items have a Wardrobe2Wardrobe ‘DO NOT REMOVE ME UNLESS YOU ARE KEEPING ME’ swing ticket. This must still be attached when returning an item.
Any items that are returned to us are subject to a £5 (per item) restocking fee, this is automatically deducted from your refund amount. This helps our small business towards the cost of administration, the preparation of returning the item to stock and steaming it in preparation for its new customer.

The customer is responsible to cover the cost of returning the item. We strongly advise that any items that are being returned are sent by insured, tracked and signed for postage as Wardrobe2Wardrobe cannot be held responsible for returned items being lost or damaged in the post.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We closely inspect all our items before they are photographed for the website and again when they are being packed for delivery. If, in the unfortunate event the item is faulty or there is a problem we will process a refund back to the original payment method as well as cover the cost for the returns shipping. Please provide a receipt of the returns shipping if the item is faulty.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like beauty, swimwear, underwear / lingerie, jewellery piercings, sold as seen items, sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new
item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at alex@wardrobe2wardrobe.co.uk.
